Power Metal Italy…
was born in 2015 under the visionary leadership of Omar Alessandrini as a company active in the field of standard bolts and pullers. After very few months, but with a considerable technical background gained after years of experience as a sales agent in the mechanical industry, Omar Alessandrini purchased his first CNC machine, a three-axis lathe.

Power Metal Italia began to confront the many realities of the industry in Tuscany. Initially, production was focused in drawing bolts in standard materials and from the beginning, special materials.
In the old location…
carbon steels, martensitic and stainless steels, aluminum and copper alloys, and superalloys such as Inconel, Hastelloy, as well as special plastics and rubbers were processed in Calenzano.
The development…
After only 2 years, the business already includes six employees. Omar Alessandrini then makes the leap, moving the operational headquarters to the heart of Prato, close to infrastructure and manufacturing areas.
The new modern headquarters has an impressive 3000sqm of production area and 800sqm of office space. Within a few months, two new CNC milling machines, six CNC lathes, two parallel lathes, an anthropomorphic robot, and a welding/carpentry department are installed. Theworkforce expands and as many as fourteen new employees are hired.

As a result of this rapid and intense growth, Power Metal Italia has structured itself by certifying its products and processes with the ISO9001 system and becoming one of the most important in Tuscany.
